HEALING WITH YOGA DANCE
MOVE YOUR BODY, FREE YOUR SOUL
In this 90-minute healing workshop, you’ll be guided to identify the body sensations that hold your stresses, and rather than trying to get rid of them like we usually do, you will learn to hold them in a compassionate way.
You will then participate in Yoga Dance - familiar yoga moves set to various tunes and beats, with room for your body to release in its own way too.
You'll leave feeling like you've had a night out dancing, and you'll be closer and kinder to yourself.
No yoga or dance experience necessary. Dress for exercise, bring a water bottle, and leave the rest to us!
Bios:
Rose Papuga is a Kripalu-certified yoga instructor - her classes focus on self-compassion and embodiment.
Tracy Cordner is a healing practitioner - she uses energy work and compassion to help clients meet, learn to hold, and transform those tender places we all carry inside.
