    Kelly Stever

    Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Kelly is a licensed mental health counselor with over a decade of experience as well as a yoga and mindfulness practitioner who is passionate about helping others by blending ancient healing practices and contemporary evidence-based techniques.

Kelly has extensive training and experience treating a wide variety of emotional challenges such as addiction, trauma, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (for which ERP - exposure and response prevention - is offered). She recognized early in her career that clients were being underserved in traditional talk-therapy where the body was largely overlooked and set out to deepen her understanding of contemplative and body-based (somatic) practices, such as mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga. This led to the birth of Mellow Mindset, a psychotherapy practice centered on the emotional intelligence of the body.

Kelly is highly skilled at holding space for others in emotional turmoil, offering non-judgmental support, and imparting tools to empower individuals to navigate their emotional life with more clarity, courage, and compassion. She is passionate about uplifting her community by promoting peace, justice, and equity. She loves music and nature and enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all gender and sexual orientation identities who are interested in clearing emotional blocks, deepening their relationships, and opening up new channels of vitality, creativity, and joy.

    Andrea Lynne Skane

    Yoga Instructor

Andrea is a yoga teacher and photographer based in Plymouth, MA. Yoga first arrived in her life like a quiet invitation — showing up at exactly the right moment and unfolding into a lifelong practice of presence, curiosity, and connection. Andrea is continually inspired by the way yoga meets people exactly where they are.

Her classes blend playful flow, grounding stillness, functional movement, and somatic awareness, creating space for students to soften into their bodies and move with ease. Sometimes her offerings lean into alignment and mobility; other times they explore energy, intention, and seasonally attuned practices and flow. Often, they’re a mix of both, always guided by what feels real and relevant.

Andrea’s teaching isn’t about performance; it’s about remembering, grounding, glowing, and feeling good in your own body. She leads weekly classes around the South Shore, along with pop-up events and workshops throughout New England and beyond. Off the mat, she shares reflections on movement, magic, and everyday mindfulness on Substack, learn more at www.andrealynne.com/yoga

  • Tracy Cordner Sitting At Desk

    Tracy Cordner

    HEALING PRACTITIONER

    tcchealing@gmail.com

Tracy has been practicing as a healing practitioner since 2012. In 2021 she took the leap to full-time practice on the South Shore.

She has studied various modalities and draws inspiration from modern trauma processing techniques including:

    Attachment theory

    Inner Child work

    Brainspotting

Somatic Experiencing and the work of Peter Levine

Bessel Van Der Kolk’s The Body Keeps the Score

As a longtime student of the Diamond Approach Spiritual Path, Tracy is influenced by their techniques involving inquiry, Presence, and facing the full truth of one's lived experience.

She has studied various energy healing approaches, like Reiki, but her hands-on work might better be described as presence work, clearing away what’s not needed and allowing you to rest in your being.

Tracy has a Master’s Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Psychology Degree from the University of Alberta. At Harvard, she was especially drawn to Eleanor Duckworth's teaching technique, Critical Exploration, where the teacher does a lot more listening than speaking, and allows the interests and abilities of the student to guide the interaction.

Prior to making the jump to a fulltime healing career, Tracy was a teacher and educator, designing educational experiences for a wide range of learners, from preschoolers to seasoned government officials posted overseas.

It has always been a dream of Tracy's to teach what she loves most - the ins and outs of the humble healing journey. In addition to the one-on-one work, Tracy teaches workshops on healing journeys of all kinds, including grief, therapeutic boundaries, and the importance of self-compassion.
