EMBODIED HEALING CIRCLE
Join us for a transformative 5-week Embodied Healing Circle designed to gently support your nervous system, deepen emotional awareness, and cultivate connection within a supportive community. This experience blends somatic practices with reflection and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body, process emotions in a safe space, and build resilience from the inside out.
Throughout the series, you’ll explore somatic yoga, intuitive movement and dance, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices. Each session also includes opportunities for group reflection and guided journal prompts to help integrate what you’re discovering into your daily life.
This circle is intentionally created to feel welcoming and grounding — no prior experience is needed. Whether you are new to somatic work or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Experience:

This group is led by Kelly Stever, MA, LMHC, who brings a compassionate and grounded approach to embodied healing work.
