In this week’s class, beginners and experienced movers alike are welcome. We will focus on the Kidney meridian, the endocrine system, and thyroid health, helping to replenish energy, regulate the stress response, and restore balance from the inside out.
You’ll learn simple, effective tools to release chronic muscle and joint tension, reduce stress, and naturally energize your body. Together, we’ll reconnect with the healer within—leaving you feeling more grounded, relaxed, and refreshed for the week ahead.
